It depends on how sick you are and how bad u actually feel and what kind of job u have. If its a cold and headache usually u can suck it up and do the best u can but if ur a waitress thats always a no no just go home or call off. Now if your sick to ur stomache with the flu thats a def sign to go home.

Depends on how sick I am. Minor colds, I ususlly tough it out, but one time in tenth grade, I came to school with a bad cold, and everyone thought I was too sick to stay, so they made me go home. I'll usually tough it out unless my boss tells me to go home and gives me a couple of days.

If you are puking or running to the bathroom every 5 minutes to poop, excuse the language, then it's time to go home. If you have something that is contagious, like the flu, go home. If you just feel bad or have a non-communicable disease, stay at work and tough it out. Call in tomorrow!

it all depends on how much time I have left at work..if I have 2-3 hrs to go..then I'll just stay for the rest of the day or maybe leave an hr early or something..like Friday, I was feeling really crappy around 11 a.m. I started @ 9 and don't leave till 4..and I knew for sure I couldn't make it for the rest of the day, so I asked my boss If I can take the rest of the afternoon off..so it all depends on how much time I have left of my work day..

If I'm sick at work I am already home, so I'm lucky. I put a message on the electronic bulletin board and work on and off as I feel well enough. I try to save my sick pay for when I feel good. lol.

I tough it out, unless I'm uncontrollably sick, then I go home.

If I think other people will get sick because I am sick, then I go home.
If I think my work is severly impaired because of how sick I am, then I go home.
But if I think I can handle working, I stay.
Also if I can't afford to loose the hours, I stay.

Pride is a dangerous thing. I will never let a cold or flu take over my body. I've worked with a cast on my arm once, I can work through any sickness.
