For a girl name, I like Savannah (just because it's not used as much any more), and Aven, because it's very unique. For a boy I like Colby and Corbin. By the way, here are the meanings and origins of the names you picked:
Savannah - Spanish - treeless plain
Tinsley - unknown
Braelyn - Celtic/Old English - From the dark valley of the waterfall
Payton - Scottish - Pastor, Guardian
Kinsley - Old English - victorious princess
Aven - English - oats
Griffen - Welsh - mythological beast
Jensen - Hebrew - God is gracious
Corbin - Latin - raven
Brayson - English - from the dark valley under the mountain
Colby - English - dark, dark-haired
Anderson - Scandinavian - son of Anders
Anders - Scandinavian - strong and manly

Madrigal is a good alternative to Madeline
Savannah- always an African plain rather than name to me I'm afraid.
Tinsley- Not sure. Maybe a middle
Braelyn- Makes me think of braille or donkeys braying
Payton- boyish
Kinsley- Better than Tinsley. Unusual but I kinda like it
Aven- Quite nice
Griffin- I like it!
Jensen- Not really
Corbin- ok
Brayson- See Braelyn!
Colby- Best after Griffin
Anderson- Not for a first name really
Suggestions-
Unisex
Eden
Robin
Girls-
Madrigal
India
Felicity
Juno
Iris
Sylvia
Calliope
Io
Boys-

Savanna is OK of your girls names, not a favorite of mine but not bad either. The others sounds very trendy... good for now but might not be so great for your daughter in 20 years.
For your boys names I guess we do not define "nothing too common, but not too out there" the same, since I find most of your names out there or inappropriate for a first name (they're fine as last names).
I'm not trying to be mean here, I just wouldn't like to be saddled with names of your list as my first name. Guess part of the questions to yourself would be, would you be comfortable presenting yourself with the names you choose for your kids.
A few ideas for girls names:
Freja/Freya
Cecilia
Clara
Thea
Astrid
Tara
Ellen
Lily
Norah
Keely
For boys names:
Sebastian
Marcus
Silas
Tobias
Max
Felix
Ryan
Liam
Linus
Callum

I LOVE all of your girl names... Wow I dont even think i can pick one... I love them all! They are so pretty and different and not common but not crazy, They are wonderful!! I think my favorite would have to be Tinsley, Braelyn, or Aven... But they are all great!
your boys names are all good too, but they arent as good as the girls, for the childs sake i hope you have a girl!! hehe Umm I like Griffin, dont like Jensen or Corbin, I am ok with Brayson but not in love with it, I think my favorite would be Colby... perhaps Colby Anderson...
Good luck! ( I am pulling for a girl!) {I Might also steal some of your girls names when I have a baby!}

I really like Sophia or Ava for a girl. For a boy I love the name Beau (BO), Jessie (Girl or boy) or even Colby. I had names all picked out for my two kids and completely changed them when I delivered them because the name didn't suit them. You will know when you see that little face! Good Luck!

I really like Braelyn for a girl. I think that is a beautiful name and I've never heard it before. Out of your boys names I like Jensen. I've heard that as a last name, but never a first. I think it would be a cute name for a little boy.

You want honest opinions, so I apologize in advance if I offend you with any of the following comments. I'm just trying to help. OK, here goes:
Savannah- Nice name but reminds me of a Southern prostitute just a little bit.
Tinsley- Please, for the love of God, do not name your poor baby Tinsley unless you want her to get teased every day.
Braelyn- Sounds sort of made up and trailer-y.
Payton- Sorry to burst your bubble but there are like 14 Peytons in every class these days. It is the Jennifer of the 2000's, up there with Madison.
Kinsley- Much like Tinsley, PLEASE don't do that to your baby. Sounds like a spoiled English bulldog with haughty British owners. "Kinsley, off the couch!"
Aven- Cool, but I can predict right now that they will pronounce it AAA-ven, like Avenue, instead of Aven, rhymes with Haven. As someone who has suffered with an oft-mispronounced name (Alana), let me tell you that I would not ever invoke a similar fate on a child of mine.
And now for the boys:
Griffin- I do like this one- the kids could call him Griff for short. Sounds sort of cool and jock-ish.
Jensen- Sounds like he was destined to be a butler- "Jensen, fetch my tea!" "MmmYes, sir..."
Corbin- Well, I hate Corbin Bernsen, and he is all I can think of with this name.
Brayson- No...just, no...
Colby- Cool name, until you remember it is also a popular type of cheese. If you do name him Colby, please do me a personal favor and make Jack his middle name so the kids can laugh at him every time they see a packet of string cheese.
Anderson- I have long despised last names for first names as a general rule. I can also tell you that everyone will just call him Andy anyway if you name him Anderson, so there's really no point to it.
Just keep in mind that is a big deal for little kids to be able to find their name on personalized mini-license plates or pencils at stores, and I can guarantee you that Kinsley and Brayson wouldn't have much success with that. As a child, I always resented having a sort of unusual name, and I just wanted to be another Jennifer. Please keep that in mind. Good luck, and God bless you.

Not crazy about most of the girl names but Aven is not bad and out of the boys I'd say Griffin is the best.

If you like Madeline (for a girl), you should use it. After all - isn't your baby going to be unique in her (his) own right? Or alter it a bit.... Madelyn, Madelayna, Madison, Madisyn, etc....
Of your other suggestions, I like Payton and Colby.
How about Hayden for a girl? Kind of similar to your suggestions.
