It takes a spaceship 6 months to get there. Or was that 7 ? Anywho, it's going to be a long time before any man can land there. Food, air and water are going to be a major problem. He has to get there in one piece first, and then return...I say it's never going to happen. We're going to destroy ourselves long before then. No-one owns Mars, BTW...But the US is already making a mess of it with our space junk.

Not Mars, but if you're gullible enough, you can get a piece of paper for about $75 that says you own part of the moon. If you can't find it, let me know and I'll be happy to print up something like that for a few bucks.

Do we really have the right to start selling property on other planets? Haven't we all done enough damage to our own planet without starting on a new planet? What good would owning property on Mars do? I admit, it would be cool to say you owned a couple of acres on Mars, but then what? What then?
