Okay so I have been doing a ton of yard work lately. Lots of bending over...By the end of the day I can hardley move, but the next day I am ready to go again. Is this okay to be doing so much work? Next question is I have this big vein thing kinda sticking way out of my left side of my vagina. It is this big swirly vien looking thing, but it is not blue. It looks really gross...It does not really hurt much, should I be worried--I never had it before in my other 2 pregnancies? Lastly, I have been having those sharp cervix shock feelings for the past couple weeks...Does this mean that the baby is dropping already? If so is it too soon for the baby to drop? I go to the doctor on Friday but would love more input on things. Thanks a ton in advance:)

1. yard work may be getting too strenous for you, especally if you are having alot of pain afterwards. Maybe its time to cut back

2. the vein sounds like a vaginal hemmeroid, due to the pressure the weight of the baby puts on you.

3. The twinges of cervical pain are normal. The cervex takes weeks to get ready for delivery. To me, it felt like my son was trying to pry it open from the inside.!

Good luck!!

Yard work is okay to do in moderation with the exception of NOT lifting heavy objects. If you can hardly move by the end of the day, you're doing way too much in your day. You need rest, especially that far along in your pregnancy. As for the vein thing sticking out, you should really go into the doctor's office right away! Anything that is abnormal in your pregnancy should be taken in precaution. Especially if you're having sharp cervix feelings, you should definitely see a doctor right away. If your baby is ready to drop now, you're baby would be premature, which would need special attention and medical care.

Don't over do it on the yard work. I worked at Starbucks during my first pregnancy and really overdid it to the point where I couldn't move when I got home. It's not could for you or the baby to overexert yourself. Stop when you feel tired. I didn't and in turn, got severe preeclampsia and had to be induced at 36 weeks. The inducement didn't even work and I had to have a C-section. Just be careful....
As to the vein, talk to your doctor.

I would call the dr now about the vein thing. It maybe something that needs to be taken care of now. And all the work should be fine as long as you stay hydrated.

i think your body is reacting toward your activity. its great to get a work out to help your muscles tighten for birth, but keep an eye out for cramps. listen to your body.
