Actually, why would any state, liberal or conservative, have a law requiring any retailer to sell gasoline or any product at a certain markup ?

I can understand having a law saying they cannot sell for less than wholesale.

Thats product dumping, we have certain asian countries who do that. They sell products in the US for less than it cost them to make the products, to try and gain market share and drive competitors out of business.

Your calling me on what ?

I posted the link about the Wisconsin law.

Or do you mean Wisconsin being liberal ??

All ya gotta do is, look at who they have supported for President the last 5 elections.

What the make up of their legislature is.

To protect independent gas stations from big chains undercutting them. I'm not agreeing with it, but that was the reasoning.

Liberals want to keep us in bondage to:

-higher taxes
-higher gas prices
-estate taxes
-gun control

Liberals take away our freedom.

Let's elect hillary and let another clinton make a joke out of the whitehouse.

I also heard that on the news.....thing you have to remember about libs...they talk out of both sides of their mouths....they claim to care about the poor yet when it comes to a private business giving a discount to Sr. citizens and to youth organizations they try to put an end to it....THEY want to corner the market on helping the "poor" with income redistibution...thats reelection to them.
