The negative people always know what buttons to push to bring out the worst in us. The positive people know just what to say or do to elate us or make the clouds we've got going around us just vanish; those are the people that can bring out the best in us. They also bring out the best in us by pushing us just so much to get the best out of us.

There are three different ways it happens.
First is the HR professional whose job it is to read our psychology and bring the best out of us.
Second is the straight case of people with good intentions.... they bring the best out of almost everyone.
Third is the case of personal chemistry.... due to various factors, we vibe well with some and don't with others. This chemistry does not look quite consistent or logical,,, it involves so many parameters that we can not really find the key.

Those who bring out the best, love themselves and thus emit love to others. Those who bring out the worst are deeply wounded and unhealed and project negativity onto others as a way of being in denial and attempting to avoid their own grief.

Because of what we have learned through our life experiences, and because of how we let ourselves act. Human beings act/react mostly due to what we have learned through our past experiences and upbringing. This helps us pass a judgement based on whatever person/situation we are presented with. On the other hand, we do have free will, so the way we act is truly up to us. You could choose to ignore the person or disguise what you are truly feeling for any reason at all. The feeling is due to your past and what beliefs or morals were instilled in you, the way you chose to act is truly up to you.

Have You ever seen something called "Mirror" ?
That is Your why...
Everyone can easily recognize his/her own shortcomings reflected on others, and resenting them, reject that person immediately...
That is Why!
Everytime you hate someone, that is because You hate Yourself...
Learn to deeply and truly love Yourself and then You will never again be able to hate no one...
Heal within inside...
Good luck! Bear hugs! ;-)
