You will probably have to make your own. I've not ever seen a manufactured unit.
If you turn your e-mail on I'll send you info on the one I made for my cut down mini-30.
A couple top riser clamps, a ball joint, some 1/4 inch aluminum and taps and dies.

Free hand it.
If you mount it to the bars, you restrict movement.
You can't hit it if you can't point at it.
