It's probably way too soon unless you have done something magnificent like increased their profits a huge amount.

If when you were hired you were told you could be considered for a raise in 3 months it is possible that you could carefully and diplomatically request a raise. Of course you can have a status talk at any time, and sometimes that's greatly appreciated, and may result in a raise sooner.

Here's how I'd do it. Go to your boss and tell him/her you'd like to talk about your performance on the job, what you've been doing well and where you could use improvement. Tell him you know you've only been there a short time but ask what the criterion are for getting a raise and tell him you plan to work toward those criteria. (Then do it- make sure the boss learns that your word is gold and you do what you say you will do.)

I would say no. I have worked at some jobs that give you a raise automatically at 6 months. But 3 months is really too early. I would wait at least another 3 months and then if you feel that you deserve a raise, then go for it.

Probably too soon, unless you were told when you were hired that you'd be considered for a raise in three months. Six months or a year is more typical, unless you're given a lower salary during a probationary or training period that's 3 months.

Some jobs give out annual raises.

I would wait another 3 months. USUALLY, they review you @ your 6 month mark & then once a year thereafter. Honestly, you just passed you 3 month "probabtion/trial" period. If you like the job, hold out another 3 months. If they don't increase your pay by then, then I would bring it up.

Good LUCK!!!
