some pain is normal, like round ligament pain (near your groin) but any type of pain similar to cramps is not good. Everytime I get any type of weird pain, I call the doctor. You should too if you are experiencing any pain.

mild cramps are normal, its just the uterus expanding. Severe pain is a problem. If you are having mild pain, try wearing looser pants, you may not need maternity clothes yet, just a size up from you regualr pants

very much so, because the ligaments that hold the uterus are being stretched with the growing fetus. You notice more when you over reach for things, sneeze and so on.
