1. Everytime I remember that I live and study abroad without paying more fees than locals and without having to get a visa.
2. Everytime I travel between Euro countries and don't have to go through the hassel of changing money.
3. Everytime I buy something online from another EU country, free of any kind of tariffs.

why, when do you?
there is nothing to celebrate as far as I'm concerned, the EU does nothing apart from take money from my country and build roads that are never finished and hospitals they can't afford to run.
