Get out into the international and scent the plant existence! exercising truly helps because it releases endorphins. everybody has those down days, in spite of the indisputable fact that it really is finally your determination as to in case your day is going properly or no longer. except for sure you've some type of debilitating psychological sickness, yet even then, do not use that as an excuse!

Oh yes I keep having such days though I tell myself that logically it is just wrong to believe that things can go wrong because of some stars or luck factor not being in my favor.
Those kind of days I just grit my teeth and prepare myself to duck and / or run when faced with difficult moments / people.

Yes, many many such days, but none as bad as grey_worms describes.

However, I am aware that when things go right, we take it for granted..... we take notice only when things go wrong. I am sure there were many many more days when things quietly fell into place, but I do not remember them in particular.

Yes, I just refocus my energy and start thinking of all the things that I am grateful for and then everything goes back to normal.

today is that day for me, after quite some time.
feeling deppressed, took the day off on both my jobs for no good reasons(now i am feeling guilty), and worried about some personal matters-just threw off my whole day.

worst bad day

lost my girl(7 months)
my car died(2 years, bad heater, saw it coming)
and I messed up my ankle(2 years later and it is still messed up).
