Talk to your doctor, but the only real medicine you can take for headaches/migraines is Tylenol. You can also try cold compresses on your head.

i suffered with migraines for many years. ALL migraine medication is not safe if you're pregnant. your doctor should have explained that. i'm pretty sure Tylenol is the only headache med you can take.

I always did tylenol when I had one and caffeine to head them off when I felt one coming on. Otherwise it was off to the dark silent bedroom. Caffeine has been shown to be effective against them, and think its less "dangerous" than other drugs.

The only thing I know you can take is Tylenol, however my doctor gave me Tylenol 3's with codeine and told me they are safe in pregnancy, so please ask your doctor before you take anything okay??

speak with your ob because there are some stronger drugs that you can take, if you can though I would go as natural as possible.
