I have a belkin N high speed router + I have another belkin wlan router used as an access point which i have a computer connected with a wire/cable, When i set a password WPA etc on the main N router all the WIFI laptops are asked for password which is fine, the wired computer to the N router(main) works fine, But the access point goes completely bonkers, i cant get any internet nor log on to the network. How can i make this cabled computer on the Access Point work. where does the password go, it connects wirelessly to the main N router. Please help

If you are using a second router as a wireless bridge (which is what this sounds like) you need to be able to enter the WPA code into it. Some were not setup to be used in this manner and dont allow the entry in which case it simply wont connect.
I would get a good bridge which allows WPA entry to connect to your computer.

Shouldn't WPA be configured on the WLAN router which is the WAP. Nothing wireless happens on the Belkin N, right? The cabled computer on the WAP needs to have an IP address that is compatible with your network overall. It's default gateway needs to be the IP address of the Belkin router, which is where the Internet can be reached from by your LAN.
