That's a really screwed up question. Did I just randomly walk past a body of water and happen to notice two babies in the water? What were they doing in the water in the first place? Where are their parents and why aren't they trying to save them? Since this is a horrible hypothetical question, I will answer by saying if one of them were mine, I would probably go for that one. If not, I would be going for whichever one I could save, although I see no reason I would not be able to save them both. Then, I would make sure these babies were placed in better homes, because who throws their kid into the water and leaves so a stranger has to rescue them?

Hey Mike, can't you come up with a better question than that. There is not a human being on this planet that wouldn't save the closest first or try to save both at same time, color has nothing to do with it. Life is life is life is life.

I'd go after the one that I was the closest to first. Hopefully I'd be able to get to the 2nd child before he/she drown as well. The color of the baby's skin has no determination in my decision at all.

I was a life gaurd. I would save both. Babies aren't that heavy and as long as they are both in sight I 'd get both. Even if I couldn't get both at once I'd go back for the one I didn't get and I would try ny best to save it then.

If you can't save them both, you save the one you gave birth to.

Whichever baby was closest to me but then, I'd try my darnedest to go back and save the other one.
Babies are such a precious gift.

Both, naturally, because they are both worthy of having a good life.
Why on earth would someone be so shallow enough to ask a question like this?
