I thought he understands me and vice versa. We were always referred as a loving couple even after having few kids. After 15 years now everything he said, especially about me makes me wonder the opposites.
If it is so, meaning all this years I was wrong about him too...
Its obviously true when I discovered he has been cheating on me for a girl young enough to be her daughter.
Worst still, he has no freakin' clue of how hurtfull I am that he always comes back pretending everything is fine and gets jumpy when see me crying or given cold treatment.

i am 37 and he is 21
we have been dating now for 3 1/2 years and our baby is due in 5 days.
He totally understands me. He is totally loving towards me. I totally understand him back. We are like one. We probably get into a disagreement twice a year. We have never had a fight yet in those 3 1/2 years, amazing right?
Sometimes its hard to believe he is only 21. Everytime I am around him i am so happy. He has brought so much joy to my life. I dont want to be with any other man, only him.
We always understand each others feelings and do our best to keep each other happy. It really helps that were both face readers. We just look at each others face and we both know how each of us feels.

Understands all the important stuff. I tried "no freakin' clue" with another partner last year, and that didn't turn out so well.

He has no freakin clue, just like all men When you try and sit and talk and discuss your feelings and worries they think your "nagging" its a real shame.

My (ex) husband certainly had no clue. Still doesn't to this day.
The (ex) boyfriend really understood, except he believed I was so madly in love with him that I'd put up with anything. I think it came as a bit of a shock to him that I wouldn't.

Somewhere in the middle. I get really frustrated at him sometimes, but then he will surprise me. We have been married for 9 yrs and dated for 5 before that, and he is much more in tune with my needs than he used to be. Thankfully.

Most partner's don't understand, although they do try to make an effort, which is why we always give them the benefit of the doubt.

Women are more complex than men. That's why they don't have an understanding to our needs and emotions. You have to communicate more with him. He only knows what is said directly and things that he should know. Keep it simple and he will follow along.

My boyfriend finishes my sentences and knows me better than I know myself sometimes. To have that feeling is wonderful. I am not sure what I would do without that understanding between us.

Oh, he has no friggin clue, but at least he tries and I love him for that. We respect each other and listen to each others views and that is what is truly important.
