A sleepless nightmare, “sweat a lot during sleep & get up a lot to urinate”, is this a symptom. Help!?

Is this a physical symptom of sickness? He is not a woman who is pregnant. He wasn't like this before until recently. I was wondering if any man out there have the same symptom as my husband. He is between 45 to 50. Doctor said that he is fine, but I am still concern.

a symptom of what? getting up to use the bathroom and sweating can be a sign of a lot of things. pregnancy and menopause are what i think of.
