You need to write a business plan. I know this sounds daunting, but it will really help you. The business plan will provide you with the tools you need to monitor and manage the business. It will provide a road map, so you know when and where you need to make adjustments.

I would open it in the winter. Also you need a dual business idea, how can you sell tanning year round? You could have a nail salon with a tanning booth. Or tanning booth and vitamin store. How about therapeutic massage? Mix it up. I am worried you will fail with just the tanning booths. Good luck!
