There's no limit. Climbing stairs (yes, even 3 or more flights!) is not dangerous for a pregnant woman.
Just tiring....LOL
It can actually be very good exercise and around your due date is excellent for keeping you moving and possibly encouraging labor.
Just be careful going up and down, especially in the later months. A rail or bannister to hold onto is essential as your center of gravity shifts when pregnant making you prone to losing your balance.

I don't think that their is a limit however, I was told that whatever exercising you do it should never put you out of breathe. My doctor told me that you should still be able to hold a conversation normally. If you aren't getting enough air/oxygen, neither is your baby because you're supplying it. Don't over do it but exercising can be very helpful and encouraged during pregnancy.

As many as possible. Especially when labour starts. Get climbing those stairs - get that baby moving !

i would say as many as they can handle. unless instructed by their doctor to not walk up stairs, but if that is the case, they probably shouldn't be walking at all...or very very little!

Its not a question of how many hon, its what you as a pregnant woman can handle. Listen to your own body and you will know what is safe for you!!!!

Just whenever you feel tired and you say "This baby's gonna come out my butt!" THEN you'll know. (:
