TO:

"[e-mail]", the simple answer is NO.

The ".it" domain is (virtually) exclusive to Italy, much like ".ca" domain is (virtually) exclusive to Canada. There are some exceptions, but are likely irrelevant to your question.

You need to register a ".it" domain name. Those are for Italy. You can register domain names at many places. Register.com will give you some free email accounts.
