Yes I think that she should be in jail. She broke the law. She cant get off just because she famous. by the way she did nothing to earn her fame. Just her dad as money and owns a hotel she does not desevere fame. She is a bad influence and needs to be punished for her crime.

Yes. She should have to follow the law. She's not even a real celebrity. She's famous for being trampy, rich and spoiled. Why should she not have to follow the law? Especially a law designed to keep people safe. It doesn't matter how rich you are. Follow the law. Or get driver like other celebrities who can't control themselves

YES. I can't stand the fact that she thinks she should get special treatment. The bimbo actually said she "Didn't know" she couldn't drive her car....when her license was suspended AND she had been pulled over twice and warned by other police officers. She got off EASY; the normal sentencing is twice what she got--90 days.

None of us belong there but if we defy our society rules then is a price that must be paid no matter who we are. I mean, she's not 12 years old, she's 26 and with complete knowledge of her actions performed.

Yes she clearly broke the law and I think the 45 day sentence is actulaly a little too light for her

Yes. She broke the law once, got caught, and received probation (which is typical for the first offense.)
Then her license was suspended and she got caught driving TWICE with a suspended license. She deserves jail time.

Yes she does. She violated her probation and knew she was doing. And instead of blaming everyone and making endless excuses she should do her time. I don't the governer is going to her a pardon.
