I havent had a period seance novermber of 2006.I'am i to younge to go through memapause? Will it make you gain weight? swelling of you feet and leg's? Mood swing's? If you can help me. I would be greatful..

You are definitely not too young. For some women it starts in their late 30's.
What you might be experiencing is perimenopause which comes before the actual thing. Typical during this time is cycle irregularity like you are having.
Perimenopause can last for months or even years.
Menopausal symptoms are different for every woman but I've heard hot flashes and night sweats are fairly common. If you are prone to mood swings when pregnant or with PMS you might be prone to that during menopause.
Whatever the symptoms I would strongly encourage you to try natural remedies for relief and steer away from hormones if possible.

No, you are not too young...mine began at 39. MENOPAUSE
also can cause hot flashes, mood swings and night sweats (I'm talking 'having to get up in the middle of the night and change jammies' sweat!!)...and yes, the symptoms you mentioned CAN go with it...
However, you should go to your Dr for a check-up...stopped periods with no other symptoms could mean something other than menopause...NEVER self-diagnose...ALWAYS try to get a professional opinion (in this case, a Dr)...there are blood tests (for hormone levels) that can tell you if you are or are not in menopause...

You are not to young to start. It can start as young as 30.

Hmmmm for future reference it is MENOPAUSE, not memapause, lol. I don't know much on this subject i am only 19, but my mom went through it. Yeah you are having memapause (Lol, sorry).
