I am going to buy a used AMD 1800 but I need to know what is the real speed of these computers.It's the same as a Pentium 3 or 4?

AMD’s average rating, based on benchmarks, is equivalent to a 1800 MHz Pentium 4.

Can't tell if "1800" is the AMD's real clock speed or if it's an 1800+ model.
