It depends on what mood i am in, i love Amy Winehouse at the moment.
Yet i like some of Sam Cookes stuff, Red hot chillie peppers, Artic Monkeys so i really like all kinds of music.

metal, progressive rock, music w/ meaning. Tool, System of a Down, Rammstein, Red Hot Chili Peppers are some of my favorite bands. Immortal Technique.
there some good rap out there, too. i hate when people just dismiss rap for no reason, just because they believe all rap is crap. because it's not, just keep your ears open.
