Sex must always be with consent.

Sex is good and should be performed regularly and should only be withheld with the consent of the spouse for a short period of time in order to fast.

Sex should be private but not hidden. It is not a shameful thing to have sex it is wrong to do so in view of others.

Sex should be practiced with open eyes caressing the others body and often focusing on the others eyes.

Sex should involve all the senses; sight, touch, taste, smell, hearing as far as a person has ability.

Sex should be loving, never done out of hate, resentment, frustration, or out of jealousy. Before beginning the sexual union get right with each other and G-d, forgive one another then explore each other.

Its a big part of us. Its totally integrated into our biology. It goes back millions of years, hundreds of millions of years, maybe even a billion years. And as evolved and intelligent as we humans are, there will always remain that compartment of our brains, our minds, dedicated to sex. Fortunately almost all of us learn socially correct ways to deal with this powerful drive. I think issues of morality should only get involved regarding sex where exploitation is happening; religion does a wonderful job of giving people unmanageable guilt about an ordinary and unavoidable part of their biological heritage. Men should not exploit women, nor should women exploit men. Prostitution should be legalized so that the women can have legal protection and neither they nor their customers be subject to harrassment or blackmail, and so that health can be protected. Like everything else, I favor a realistic approach to dealing with sex.
