I think we all worry about the same things. Just allot of guys won't admit to it.

I believe there are categories or stages after which the worries changes. ;) like
If hes a school boy, worries to passout the school with flying colors.
If hes a college boy, worries to get A+.
If hes an Teen worries to keep the GF happy.
If hes an Adult worries to get a good job and a good pay. (LIKE ME ;))
If hes a married man worries to get his child in a good private school.
If hes a Old man worries to (I dont know, I am not an old person, and havent experienced it yet lol, it could be errrr, hmmmm, may be ) get GOD blessings.
Thats all I can say , yea I missed the Middle and main part thats, thats, after marriage and before getting a child. :)). May be he worries not to get caught while cheating with his wife. lol

Money, love, appearances, status, sex, friends, our children, the boss, job security, all sorts really.
One anxiety that is unique to men is that of getting relegated.

even though i'm going bald, getting a paunch, the " animal " may not be as hard as it used to be & all my money goes on beer coz without the beer-goggles i can't get the animal to stir!

Probably money more than anything else. Money to pay bills, to provide for the family, and such things as that. Family men in particular have more stress over money matters than they have over sexual gratification.
