i have a new apple mac book and it has started to get a little dirty i was wondering what would be the best way to clean my key board track pad and keys. any ideas?

a very soft lent free cloth barely damp with water, of course when the computer is off

Turn your PC off. Then, use only Isopropol (rubbing) alcohol sparingly applied to a soft cloth. wait until the moisture has evaporated before using your PC, about 20 minutes.
Do NOT use water, or any glass or other cleaner, you could destroy your machine.

i work at a quary and my laptop gets real dusty, get either a plastic cover for your keyboard or get on of those pressurized cans of air. Like $5 at walmart, in computer aisle.

Take like one of your dust rags, dab a little vinegar on it, and that should take care of the problem. Try it.
