The two countries hit by the most hurricanes are the United States and Mexico. Hurricanes usually travel westward across the Atlantic, and the US and Mexico occupy almost the entire tropical western Atlantic coastline in the Northern Hemisphere. Some hurricanes do hit Cuba, Central America, and the Lesser Antilles, and even Canada on rare occasions, but Mexico and the United States bear the brunt. The other countries in the area are also much smaller, so the storms that hit them are hitting different ones all the time.
Some East Asian nations are hit by a greater number of storms at hurricane strength, but these storms are typhoons, not hurricanes. There is not actually any difference between the two types of storms, apart from where they occur, but it is an important technical distinction.

According to what I found, China has the most landfalling tropical cyclones in the world, but when I clicked the link, I could not find further info, it was just in the beginning info on the site list:
http://www.reference.com/browse/wiki/Tropical_cyclone
This link says it's the Phillipines:
http://deved.meted.ucar.edu/hurrican/strike/text/htc_t2.htm
They are close enough to each other in the part of the world that has the most tropical activity, so it's got to be one of them.
