I'm a junior in college and I'm trying to figure out which college would be the best

FOR?

There is no one-size-fits-all college that is best. Some people thrive at Harvard, some would find it too small and confining. Some thrive at a Big Ten, some would have anxiety attacks with a campus that large. For some, a niche engineering/tech college is ideal, but not for an English major.

The best college is one where you feel confident, and will take advantage of the opportunities provided. You are already half way through your degree, so why are you having second thoughts? Just try to make the most out of your remaining experience, and if you are still undecided about your present course, then talk to the career center about graduate school.

If you are already a junior in college, then isn't a little late to start thinking about which college is best for you? Most of the top universities accept few transfers. Harvard only accepts about 30-40 per year, while Princeton does not accept many at all. Any highly ranked private college that does accept transfer students would be unlikely to accept more than two years of credits.

Your best bet is to stay where you are or transfer to the best public university in your home state.

It all depends on what you are looking for!
Look at size. DO you think you would fit better in a large campus or a small campus?
For me, I chose a to start out on a small campus and I do not regret my decision! I got to open up to so many people, and enjoyed seeing familiar faces all around campus. You might miss out on that in a larger university- but you can still find your niche through your residence hall, or networking...

Look at academics. Do you have a certain major/majors in mind? The look at colleges that have good programs in that. But keep your options open unless you are 100 percent sure. It's very common for students to change majors a few times during their college career.

Look at location. Are you used to living in a large town or small towm? Do you want change? Find out about the surrounding area, what there is to do, opportunities, etc.

Pick a few that spark your attention, and definitely go visit! It is seriously the deciding factor if you can walk around campus on a tour and you can feel like you could belong there!

Just remember that your college experience is more than just rankings or a good program, it is about feeling accepted, getting involved and making something out of it!

definite there some colleges in which you will take those varieties of instructions, yet they are often the community college ones. 4 365 days college ones require a variety, probably money to persist with, and essays. I had taken a cake adorning classification as quickly as at an area college. And definite, I did meet my better half in school. It became our freshman 365 days at Michigan State college. we are meant for another!

It depends on a lot of things - what you want to study, where you think you would like to live, if you would prefer a large college environment or a small one, etc. Look at different types of colleges, visit them, and the "best" one is the one that you feel home at.
Good luck

It all depends on what you are trying to study. Most schools have a few majors that they are known for. So, do some internet searching on whatever topic you want to go into and go from there.

if you are going into chemistry or any 'arts' -- look into Winthrop University.
