Swan makes the best outdoor hoses. Sears sell them under their brand. They are rubber and not plastic. About $30 for a 50 footer.

I got mine from Sears. It is heavy black rubber. I believe it was labeled as Commercial Duty. It was expensive.
But it is over 15 years old! I don't even drain it or take it in for the winter (NJ). I only needed to replace the ends because of my carelessness, they came with heavy duty fittings. Very difficult to kink when charged.
Whenever it finally goes, I will search Sears high and low for another! (I recall it was $50 for 100 ft 15 years ago.)

i have yet to find one....the spirally ones are HORRIBLE! i wouldn't recommend that one.
