I have already come off meth and no it is not easy but I did it and still have not been able to quit smoking, so yes it is harder.

I had a friend that quit by hypnosis but it lasted less than a week.

There used to be, I think it was called the Schick Center. When I quit it was the hardest thing I've ever done. I'm surprised my family didn't kill me in my sleep.

So are you basically comparing coming off cigarettes to coming off of heroin or meth? Cigarettes are not the hardest thing to quit.

No need - use hypnotherapy - I get 95% success with little to no after effects.
