When you are on your intranet - can the web pages in history only show up when you actually visit them?? Is there a way to check the time that these sites were visited???

It would appear that you can.
In the history ist right click on the html files and then click on properties. It will show you the date and time that the file was last viewed.
Of course if you left click and open the html file this will destroy this property and you will only see the current date and time.

yeah when you click on the history button theres a side panel that pops up right? well right click a link and click on properties, it should say when it was last visited, also on the side panel it should have a button that says view, click it and press on view by date, usually the it should have little icon calendars saying, today, monday, last week, etc.
