I think hes the worst thing there is for my team

I think Mike Vick is a pitiful excuse for a quarterback. He had so much potential coming out of college. He could run the 40 in 4.3 and was the most elusive quarterback in the game. That was 3 years ago. Now he's not even faster than Hall or Norwood on the Falcons. He dropped 2 balls this year that cost them 2 games and no one even hit him. He has never learned to read defenses or look for an open receiver. He had so many yards rushing because he ran when his receiver was covered, not find the open man. He flipped off the fans in Atlanta, and has had numerous problems off the field. Women have blamed him for giving them STD's. He owns a home where dog fighting was taking place in Virginia. I no longer hold Falcon season tickets because this player irritates me so much. I'm so disgusted because he is the highest paid player in the NFL. When I see guys like Peyton Manning, Vince Young, and Tom Brady, I see good QB's, and they make less than Vick. He is the worst investment in the NFL. I will celebrate the day when he no longer is the quarterback in Atlanta and I can cheer for the Falcons again.

Extremely gifted and talented athlete. Not a good QB, though. David Carr put up better numbers on a consistent basis, and he had to play half the game on his back. It seems to me that Vick doesn't work hard enough to perfect his craft. He's got a cannon of an arm, but his accuracy is so-so and he always seems to throw the ball a step or two late.

I agree, way too much money for a quarterback like him. Great athlete. Super exciting to watch until he gets hurt. Not very smart (on or off the field) and nothing more than average at the qb position. They traded away the best qb to Houston. I am a Packers fan and I wouldn't want him as Favre's replacement.

He is starting to resemble Kordell Stewart. A slightly below average QB with amazing atheletic ability that can make highlight reels with his escapability, but in the end for some reason just cant get over that hump into realizing his great potential.

Vick is a overpaid over hyped hood rat. This year will be the back breaker, I see his career going no where. All the off field antics will leave him serving jail time if he's not smarter about his life choices.

He is definitely a team cancer.

You should hope they nail him for the dog fighting allegations so you can jettison him without having to pay him any more money against your salary cap.

Trading away Matt Schaub was a poor choice, as he was the better of the two QBs on the Falcons.

You are 100 % correct. If you want to run the ball give it to Warrick Dunn. At the QB position you have to have someone who can complete a pass. But you do need receivers who don't have stone hands.

Average QB on .500 ball team. Not all he's made out to be. Would have done better in Canada.

Very exciting but he'll never lead his team to a championship. The Falcons should have kept Schaub.
