got my last exam for uni on fri any ideas to help me relax please

smile! relax! dont think about ur exam when ur relaxing. have some fun, and dont let ANYTHING else bother u. im going through sats at da mo and thats exactly wot im doing! :)

My mother used to say the best way to relax is to do something!! What she meant was sitting around will make you dwell on the exam, so get busy, go to the gym,meet friends for a chat or a good meal, go and see a film. Make sure you get a good nights sleep and start the day with breakfast. Good luck with your last exam, this will be the beginning of a wonderful future for you.

At times like these i find it good to go running and exert yourself, after the exercise you will be tired and therefore find it easier to relax, and also your body will release some happy hormones that will make you feel good. worst thing you can do is sit and worry. Also running is a great time to think, so you can mentally study for your exam whilst running.

Exercise is the key to this one.

music always relaxs me..i usually listen to music before a test and then right after breathing techniques can also be good

I find best relaxation is being outside in a nice quiet discreet place and nude meditating , yoga works for me best

Deep breath in through your nose, count to five slowly, deep breath out through your mouth, count to five slowly. Think about something that's makes you feel nice - i.e. sunbathing
