You have a pretty good Asus board w/ i865 chipset. You would need a Pentium4 on socket 478 format. Keep away from the HOT HT type. Look for a fast Pentium 4 (Northwood) 3.0 to 3.4Ghz, runs cooler. The board supports ddr400 RAM. Put in 512Mb but 1Gb would be great. Your board has an AGP slot. A pretty cheap AGP card is the 9600 Pro. The more expensive 7300GT AGP is of course a better performer.
Try finding a good deal at this site. Deal w/ those who have many positive and NO negative feedbacks.
