I would say both but YOU are changing faster than the world ..the rate at which the world changes is a billion much slower that the way you are changing.

Hi Mucky,
Well, as I understand it, a mud blood is the child of a wizard and a normal human, or muggle.
If you are indeed a mud blood, then it would be reasonable to suppose that you are changing the world - at least those bits of it with which you are in contact.
Since you are now noticing these changes it must mean that your powers are increasing. This being the case I wonder if you could help me?
You see, my magic wand isn't working properly any more, and I'm wondering if there's anything you could do to, er, help?

You were right Mucky when you gave me the best answer yesterday (surely we can't blame Bush for all the troubles or something like that) they did have it in for me, but the Dalia wise man lives on (not very incognito I realise). What is known for a fact that life does keep changing, it does along with everything it encloses, including yourself, the question here remains why do you not notice that change, and to answer that, because you are always with yourself and as you progress is this like you barely notice these minor things that shapes you as the person you are…
