The chance is always there throughout pregnancy, but low. The major chance of it happening stops around 12-13 weeks along. Congrats on your pregnancy!

Hearing the heartbeat and seeing the baby doesn't have any effect on the likelihood of a miscarriage. Your risks decrease some by your second trimester but even then, some women have late-term miscarriages. But I wouldn't worry too much. Just take it easy during your pregnancy.

It is still possible, but think positive. Take it easy for a few weeks and do as the doctor has said. I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks and it took a lot for me to come to realize that it happens because there is something wrong. It is your body's was of protecting you and the unborn baby. So try to stop worrying (i know easier said then done) and be happy your having a baby. Good luck to you.

Well miscarriage occur first 13 weeks of pregnancy but what make you think your going to have one if you start to notice bad cramping and bleeding then you should worry but if the doc said every thing looks fine when you had your u/s then you should be fine i'm just saying watch out for those signs. Unless you had previous miscarriage then you would be more of a risk.

Hello. Anyone can miscarriage but it sounds like you and your baby are both healthy and strong unless the doctor said otherwise so just try and relax with the pregnancy and everything should go fine. Good luck. :) .

As likely as any other time. If you are healthy and saw the baby's heartbeat already, then sounds like things are going fine.

Although it can happen at any point of a pregnancy, the highest risk is the first trimester (3 months) of a pregnancy.

once you hear the heartbeat, the risk drops some, however, the risk is never completely gone until you are holding that beautiful baby in your arms... :)
