ppl say its more easy 2 make it smaller than bigger. does reduction give u options on how much smaller or bigger u want

OK there is no way to make your breasts smaller unless you get a breast reduction.

You can go down several cup sizes with a breast reduction. I went from a 38J to a 38C with my breast reduction in Feb 2006. My insurance company approved my surgery and paid 100% of it. You would have to consult with a PS on what size you would like to be and how well they could do it. I know women who have gone down to a B with a reduction, but were not as large as I was.

NO pills or herbs work at helping reduce or enlarge breasts.

Edit: It all depend on the tissue inside the breast how small they can SAFELY make someone. What cup size is the person now?

The only things you can do to decrease bust size are losing weight and breast reduction surgery. There is no pill to reduce breast size. With a breast reduction, you can tell the doctor how small (or medium or large) you want your breasts to be, though if your insurance is paying for all or part of the surgery, they typically will not approve anything larger than a 'C' cup.

A breast removal procedure is called a masectomy, women with severe breast cancer are given this surgery. With this procedure, the nipple and all breast tissue are typically removed. This is different than a breast reduction, which simply reduces the amount of breast tissue a woman has.

As for a breast enlargement, this involves surgically placed implants. There are two types-silicone and saline. You can pretty much go as big as you would like (think Dolly Parton) though some surgeons may not perform surgeries that are that extreme. Petite women may have a hard time getting large implants due to the size of their frame.

Finally, there is no pill that will reduce or enlarge breasts. Surgery and weight gain/loss are the only things that will change breast size.

There are NO pills to make your breast smaller. Reduction surgery is the only way and yes you can choose how small you want to go when you have the surgery.

It depends, but you can use sage,yarrow & black walnut teas, or you can make them into pills. This usually works for woman who didn't breast feed and want to remove the milk from their breast. You should research this for yourself in a natural health book, it depends on if you are on medications or something in your diet.
