Hi
There is much anecdotal evidence that covering a wart with duct tape for several days will help the wart to die off. This has to entirely cover it so it no air gets access. If it gets wet it needs relacing. Try it if you havent got too many warts to cover. Something else that might help is one or two drops of lemon oil (essential oil) on the wart prior to covering with duct tape. Make sure it doesn't get on the normal skin or it will prevent the tape from sticking. You can buy this from a health food store also.
Yes warts are caused by a virus (HPV) and they will eventually clear on their own given time, probably when the immune system has kicked in to deal with them. You could try boosting your immune system to fight them from within with Echinacea. This stimulates that arm of the immune system associated with fighting viruses. You can buy this from any health food store. Just follow the instructions on the bottle or ask an assistant for advice. Gnerally, you will need to take for a month then take a break for a couple of weeks then you can resumre taking them if you have a need of an anti-viral.
Because you say you have several warts and they keep returning I would definitely go for the Echinacea. It might help also to take garlic capsules. Garlic is another anti-viral.
You could always get them frozen off at the doctors but then you will still need to think about taking something internally to prevent reoccurences - i.e. the Echinacea, and preferably garlic also.
Hope this helps. Best wishes.

I don't know any homeopathics but I can definitely recommend you trying aromatherapy, meaning essential oils. Get some good quality tea tree essential oil, put a couple of drops on a q-tip and then dab over your warts. Be careful to cover the whole wart but as little of the surrounding skin as possible. This is 100% natural, safe to use and totally effective. Keep in mind that you will have to do this treatment daily for about 1month or possibly a bit longer but I can guarantee you it will work if you stick to it.
Good luck!

Hi starystarynight, warts are a skin infection caused by viruses from the Human papillomavirus (HPV) family.
* Use enough garlic to cover the wart. Cover it with a bandage and keep it overnight. After having your bath remove the bandage, a small blister would appear, let it be absorbed by your body again. By continuing this procedure your warts may leave your body within two weeks.
* Dip apple cider vinegar similar to garlic (as mentioned above) cover it with a bandage. If you continue this for week you may surely see the results.
* Apply clear nail polish every morning and evening.
* Use vitamin A oil from fish oil or fish-liver-oil by applying it on the wart. Apply this once a day, it takes lot of time but the results would be positive. Please look full article: http://www.askedweb.com/askedweb/Home_Remedies_For_Warts/

There are a few herbs you can applyto the warts to get rid of them.
Oil of Cajeput, Herbal Adjustment, and Arnica. This works very well, and In about 2 weeks, your wart should be gone, or almost gone.

Yup
But you will not like it. Morning wee. Just pis over your warts and they will be gone within a week.
My house-doctor told me when I had them. Let me just see I did not go blind but I never seen them again.
