If I read this correctly , you are asking who amongst us is a war baby. The post WWII baby boom era is generally fixed from 1945 to about 1960. That is the baby boom generation where fathers and mothers that were adults during the war were having children. Many Children were also born between 1941 and 1945 so, in my opinion, these would be the war babies and everyone else, the baby boom kids.

Now if you are referring to babies born to a soldier from the US and a foreign mother, I am not that. I am a middle baby boomer from President Eisenhower time. Don't know if this helped or not.
