Abso-freakin-lutely. Just because she inherited a ton of money doesn't make her better than anyone else. In fact, I would say that she is worse than most and gets away with it because of her status. She is a ditz and should be awakened to how the "little people" live. Maybe then she would do something decent with her life - and money.

We are counting our chickens before they hatch. Little princess isn't in jail yet. Anyone else would of already been in serving their time. I'll believe she's really going to jail on june 5 when the news shows her going in. As for general population. They wouldn't hurt her. But she will be given special treatment if she goes, you can count on it. Give a thousand here or there and watch what happens. If I worked in a jail I would let her have her blueberry and I'd let mommy bring her special food. I'd even let her latest boyfriend in to spend the night. As for her learning a lesson-no way. She has already proved time and time again she doesn't do any wrong. It's always someone else's fault. Drinking and Driving isn't wrong. She and her Friends do it all the time. But VIP is expected and will be given. Just watch and see.

I think Paris Hilton is just a normal human being, just like everyone of else. If we break the law, we go to jail. The same goes for any other person. They have to set an example for the younger people that follow their every move. Yes, no one is perfect and people do make mistakes. I just hope she learns from her mistakes. Try to make the best of every situation. Did Little Kim get any specail treatment when she went to jail recentley?

Hey, I work in a jail, and feel it would be irresponsible to put her with general population. Her chances for being hurt are extremely high, and weather or not you feel she deserves it the jail is legally obliged to protect all inmates. Working there has opened my eyes a lot. Jail is way overused and teaches few people anything. Jail is NOT a solution. It should be reserved for those who truly have little or no hope for rehabilitation. Those who go to jail go back again and again because it becomes what they know and they begin to check out of society: they can't get jobs, they can't be with "normal" people, etc. All you people who sit on your high horses railing against jailbirds need to spend a week in jail and then see if you feel it solves any problems!!

i used to artwork in a reformatory, so i can work out 2 factors to this argument.... a million) she's accomplished the crime, she merits to be punished for that crime, and why might desire to she get particular treatment ? yet: 2) whilst a intense profile criminal / action picture star enters the reformatory equipment, they are certainly known by using the different inmates, and are on the instant singled out as an hassle-free objective. different inmates could make themselves greater infamous in the event that they are seen to have the means to attack and harm a intense profile prisoner... this might reason all varieties of problems... there will be a number of inmates attempting each and every trick interior the e book to get to her, the staff will greater or much less might desire to persist together with her everywhere she is going, so money and supplies that would want for use better someplace else will pass into making specific she's no longer stabbed / killed / raped.... honestly, she'll finally end up in 'segregation'. each and every reformatory / reformatory has a block the place 'in possibility' prisoners are held in individual cells, and are not allowed to socialize with the common reformatory populous
