Of course...They usually give you that sometime between 9 and 5 line so you have NO clue actually that they aren't showing up until 4:30, all the while, making you stay home ALL day, ruining whatever you had planned for the day...

My fiance installs cable, he is a contractor and makes great money by the way... but he often has to wait for people (not the other way around). He is rarely late. The people who work directly for the company do take their sweet time getting there because they are getting paid by the hour.

oh yeahh, they do very much. i moved 3 months ago and when i tried to install comcast cable, they told me they'd be at the house between 9 and 4. and when they didn't come in time, i called the comcast office and complained, so they had to give me 20 dollars back. ;]

when the guy came over to hook up our cable internet, he couldnt even spell password. we had to call the company and finish gettin everything set up that way, that was quite different
