If I wash my hair I dry that first, but I shower more frequently than I wash my hair.
When it's cold I dry my back first; when it's warm I go for the pubic region.

First the face,
Down the neck,
Dab the hair,
Onto the shoulders,
Horizontal across the back,
Down the thigh,
Over the knees & calves,
Dabbing the ankels & feet,
Wrapping the towel around my body,
Sometimes giving me a quick flash in the mirror to make me giggle.

I dry the hair first then I go down the arms and then the back and front and legs. I think you should give the best answer to giggly I could see that happening as she did it. LOL

wow funny enough I have never thought about it. I do dry off before I get out though. So I suppose the first thing I dry when getting out is my feet.

Wow, never thought of it. Ill have to check next time...my best guess is I go to the chest and move upwards to the face and hair.
