Can't I just utilize it without criticizing it or advertising it??

If they legalize it, I hope they push up the public intoxication penalties to the level of the old pushers.
You can have your vice/vices if you stay out of the way. Don't drive your car, commit crimes, make a spectacle of yourself in public while wasted. Use it in your own home and you're good with me.
It also doesn't mean if you want to work as a cop, doctor, computer geek with clearance, security guard, etc., you would still be able to use it. Employers have to right to ask for this from their employees.

Funny how everyone automatically thought you meant drugs... what is this world coming to??
Since you posted this in music, I assume you mean if they legalize downloading music.... And I would advertise that.

Criticize, I believe that people have the right to choose but I really don't want to live in that kind of world.
