Probably. Unless you were in AP Chemistry, then high school chem is a much simpler class than Intro to Chem in college (or, should be...). If you think they are the same, then ask your college about placement tests. You may be able to test out of certain classes and receive credit hours for them.

Depends on what state you're in, what college you attend, and what program you've got.
If you are in a state where college courses are offered to high school students and they count automatically for college credit in the state institutions, then no, you won't have to repeat it. In Ohio, the program is called 'post-secondary enrollment option', so far it's involved the high school students actually attending classes at the college, but now they're starting to locate classes in the high schools.
If you're just taking a regular high school course that's called 'college comp' or some such, the college probably won't count it.
Keep in mind that what's called "Algebra I" in high school is often quite easier than "Algebra I" in college. Course titles don't indicate course level.

It depends on whether they were considered college credit or not. If they were IB or AP classes, some colleges will accept them. Each school is different, so check their websites for AP and IB transfer info.

most colleges accept credits of college courses that you have already taken in high schooling depending on the grade that you recieved. you shouldn't have to retake those classes.

it depends on the school and what your major is. I have to repeat algebra I & II and geometry but, i took them in high school. It's best to ask your school what classes are required!
