I like Carlos Mencia... the only criticism I have to offer is the fact that he is always saying, "Listen people, you're not listening to me... listen black people... listen white people... listen to me.. ok here's the thing." It's like, Carlos, you get good ratings, people watch your show.. people are listening to you! Just say it already! Not to mention the fact.. LOL... that he assumes people cannot grasp what he is saying.. "those who aren't laughing don't get it... they're like what do you mean Carlos?" Maybe people aren't laughing because it wasn't funny, not because they are retarded.
