No, Amy she needs to learn that she is not above the law. I don't wish her any bad at all! But pardoning her will only make it worse. She will bounce back and put it behind her! Just like all celebrities do!

No. He should have the California attorney general get Nicole Ritchie locked up in the same cell. She is another D.W.I. ( as is President W! ) Then he should order the jail to have the other inmates help them tape another season of the simple life while they are there. This way they wouldn't be just sitting around talking about the crimes they will commit when they get out, they would be doing something useful.
