I work for the federal government. It's 3 weeks of vacation for the first 1 to 3 yrs of service, 4 weeks vacation from 3 years to 15 years, and 5 weeks vacation for 15+ years. You can bank your leave and at the end of the year, we are allowed to rollover 6 weeks (240 hours) into the next year. Plus we get 12 sick days a year that you just keep earning and earning year after year. There is no maximum on how much sick leave you can earn.
I have over 4 weeks of annual leave and about 40 sick days banked.

6 weeks now (20 years) maximum of 8 weeks. Actually I'm on my 3rd day of vacation, the weather here is awesome. Laid around at the pool all day yesterday. My crotch shooter grandson was over.

it's kinda weird how my vacation works but i work shift work so i get 19 12 hour shifts off a year but if i take them right i can take two days of vacation and have 7 days off work at a time. so technically if i took it correctly i could have weeks.
