Yes there are lots of bands named Phobia, it's not a big deal, you can still use it. I doubt you'd get sued, because can you really put a copyright law on a band name that is so general as "Phobia"?
Aerosmith and Kiss might be able to copyright their band names, but I doubt there is a copyright law for Phobia.

There's a band named phobia here, but they have stage fright and are afraid to try any recording... They also don't like conflict at all, so you should be safe using the name...
