Just when you think this soap opera can't get any more incredible Curt Schilling finds a way to mess it up even more. All it tells me is that baseball is out of control. Where is Bud Selig??? Hiding in a closet as usual.

For the record. I'm not a Barry Bonds fan......far from it!

I've long suspected that there is some sort of gag order about Bonds in place in MLB - I find it very suspect that of 750 players, 30 team owners, and over 100 broadcasters working for the various teams, none had ever come out and said they thought he was a cheater.

Anyway, to your question: there isn't any publicly-known rule that would prevent one player from saying another is a cheater. Barring secret gag orders, there's nothing to punish Schilling for.

Curt Schilling has always had issues with Bonds. Ever since he was on the DBacks he always talked crap about Bonds and even ridiculed the fact he wore an earring before (like it affected the way he threw to Bonds lol). Nothing happened to Schilling then and nothing will happen to him now.

This whole issue has already been blown out of proportion, Schilling's comments are just part of it and I'm sure the media and other players will follow suit (like the media has ever failed us on that). As long as Bonds keeps hitting homers, this whole "soap opera" as you called it, will never end.

Bud Selig does not have to do anything to Curt Schilling for his comments. Anyone can say anything, especially in the public eye. If Curt wants to be in the news, more power to him. If it's all true, then Curt needs to provide us with solid proof.

He would be suited, yet he continues to be an fool. Schilling sat in front of Congress on March 17, 2005 and tried to downplay steroid use in baseball. He had a wager to make a considerable fact approximately steroid use and yet all he did became into take a seat there and insult Canseco. McGwire became into sitting suited there, why did not Schilling open his huge yap and say something suited there? It takes a actual huge guy to accuse human beings of steroid use while they are actually not there, or once you're being interviewed one on one. If Schilling had the middle, he might have pronounced something in front of Congress extremely of being a wuss, extremely of asserting it 2 years later.

You have to prove that Schilling is wrong - and Bonds, Selig or anyone could not do that. For once I am on Schillings side.

I don't think that he will have to because Bonds will shut him up when the Giants go to Boston on June 15-17. He is going to break the home run record against Schilling. How will Schilling feel after that

If he is not going to go after Bonds and his steriod use, he won't go after Schilling either. What exactly did Schilling do wrong besides tell the truth?

Schilling didn't say anything that isn't already a matter of public record. I heard the whole interview LIVE yesterday on WEEI radio in Boston. The commish can't do anything about what he said.
