Apart from having the obvious, you need to know your cycle. You ovulate around 15 days from the first day of your last menstrual episode. This is when you are at your most fertile. You need to have lots of sex in that period. Go about 2 days before and 2 days after your 25th day. It helps when you have your climax with your man, as your cervix will palpitate and dip into the deposited sperm, increasing the chances of getting pregnant. It will also help to do it on your back and remain lying down with your torso slightly raised. Only slightly raised though, or the sperm might run pass the spot where it needs to be.

OK you have some mean stupid answers on here.i think your just trying to keep this question short and simple.
im sure you already know about the birds and the bee's,well best way to get prego is track your periods.count how many days are in them and then from the first day of your period going backwards count 14 days.(example. started the 25. ok now count 25,24,23,22,21.and so on tell you get 14 days.)and when your next cycle starts then you can say this is how many days in my cycle count back 14 days and then is around about when you should try.now different people are different though. some my be 11days some maybe 16 days. if this doesn't work for you, then i would get and ovulation tracker.our use a internal thermometer to check when your highest temp days are and that's usually when you ovulate.but it takes time and patients.why don't you look up a few sights online. it may help you out some.

You have got to be kidding. Get a book on human reproduction at the library. If you mean you are having difficulty getting pregnant are already going through the "mechanics" of it, that is another matter - then you might need some medical advice or assistance.
BTW: How old are you? Pregnancy is a serious business, and pretty much of a lifetime commitment of sorts - don't enter into it lightly.

By having sex, of course! But since you're a teenager, I would NOT, and I REPEAT, would NOT, recommend that you have it right now!!!! Just WAIT until AT LEAST after your high school graduation! As a matter of fact, just wait until AT LEAST a year after you get a place of your own. RIGHT NOW, in THIS time of your life, your education comes first! I'm saying this because I care about you and I don't want you to go down the wrong path. So, AGAIN, do NOT have sex in this point of your life!

It's easiest to get pregnant around the time of ovulation. You can get an ovulation predictor test to help with this, or you can track your cycles by taking basal body temperature and observing cervival mucus.

If you don't know how to get pregnant, then you definitely don't need to be getting pregnant anytime soon.
